Dr. Rachel Trusty is a gender studies scholar, artist, and educator.
Her research focuses on feminist and lgbt+ activism and visual culture in American History.
Trusty is currently the director of the Baum Gallery at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR.
She holds a Ph.D. in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS, and an MFA in Studio Art from Lesley College in Boston, MA.
Trusty's research has been published in various journals, including
